Do you remember Xander?
He first visited me when his big sister Sophie modeled new props back in the fall. I squeezed him into my bear set for a couple of shots…at three months old he was already way too big for it! He is now a year old and came back to me for his cake smash, bringing big sis, mom, dad and grandma along.
This little man is a mover and a shaker! I’m guessing there are lots of baby gates around the house because as soon as he’s on the floor he wants to explore. And he’s fast! Momma sure got a work out catching him and putting him back in the scene. He’s a happy little guy and full of great expressions. He was really more interested in removing polka dots from the wall than smashing his cake, but a fork really helped in that arena! I must say with all the crawling he ended up making the biggest mess in the studio to date. Way to go Xander! He’s also the first smasher to smear the camera…I didn’t move back fast enough, but the shot is totally worth it!
